1. The University uses the following evaluation system:
1)very good - 5,0
2) good plus - 4,5
3) good - 4,0
4) pass mark plus - 3,5
5) pass mark - 3,0
6) fail - 2,0
2. The University uses the European Credit Transfer System. The students’ achievements are reflected by the grade points. One ECTS point is equal to 25-30 hours of student’s work. The average amount of student’s work hours includes class organized by the University in accordance with the studies schedule and Student’s own, individual work. ECTS points are awarded for:
1) Receiving a credit for every obligatory class and internships;
2) Preparing of final thesis, in accordance with the University standards;
3. The Student receives ECTS points assigned to a given subject provided they meet all requirements, included in the education program, and achieve all education goals.
4. The Rector sets the mode and range of ECTS assessment regarding the particular faculties.
5. The amount of ECTS points set by the University education schedule for each term ranges from 27 to 33, but the final grade has no bearing on the amount of ECTS points.
6. According to the University education schedule the amount of points set for an academic year amounts to no less than.
7. The amount of ECTS points required for completing 3 year studies ranges from 180 to 240;
1) The amount of ECTS points for 3 year studies lasting 6 semesters amounts 180 points;
2) Studies that last longer than 3 years proportionally (30 points x n semester).
