Documents that need to be submitted after registering:
1. Printout of the registration form
2. Original or certified copy of the secondary University final examination certificate and transcript of records
3. Photocopy or scan of passport (page with picture and ID data)
4. 4 ID photographs (35mm x 45mm)
5. Receipt for the admission fee (100PLN*) and tuition fee
6. Language certificate (or any other proof of language knowledge)
*admission fee 100PLN paid at the university. The fee contains the costs of index and student ID card.
Important:
Those who are not citizens or long-term residents of Poland:
a copy of the legalization of the high school diploma received at the Polish Embassy (or Consulate) in the country of the Candidate' origin, or a copy of the apostille of the high school diploma and a copy of the certificate stating that the candidate is entitled to study at a university/college in her/his home country.
